Role Purpose:
Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities to support Sales strategic priorities and customer plan. Incentivize business growth through analysis, insights and recommendations providing to the business.
Main Accountabilities:
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales and eCommerce teams by proactively providing financial guidance and insights on key issues that may impact future performance.
- Deal with direct and indirect customers, both retail and online in terms of planning, actuals monitoring, SOI evaluations and any other business decision.
- Ensure that all business decisions are made, and business activities/operations executed under full consideration of all financial implications.
- Proactively advise business if any opportunity to reinvest or revisit customer plans.
Sales Controlling
- Provide financial guidance for customer planning by channel, monitoring profitability, trade stock, and deviations to ensure delivery of results.
- Oversee Sales & eCommerce financial performance, including SOI metrics (Net Sales, Gross Margin, TTC), and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct monthly cash‑up of the S&OP process and ensure alignment with business results.
- Prepare and provide financial reports and analyses to support business cases, investment decisions, and sales promotions.
- Track performance versus budget, ensure OTIF delivery, and escalate major risks and opportunities to management.
- Monitor and control Trade Term Conditions (TTC), including forecasting, SAP invoice verification, and accrual accuracy at quarter‑ and year‑end.
- Coordinate with Accounting to monitor claims, ensuring proper categorization and alignment with accruals.
- Support pre‑ and post‑evaluation of promotions in collaboration with Sales, eCommerce, and Supply Chain Management.
- Lead monthly channel Sales Outlook and Net Selling Price reviews; provide pricing and TTC input for product launches and relaunches.
- Review sales incentive payouts (including Beauty Advisors and Merchandisers) to ensure budget compliance.
- Identify and drive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, RCM, and local sales policies, and support all internal and external audits.
- Conduct regular trainings for business partners on tools, processes, and policies.
- Lead or support ad‑hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Forecast and budgeting
- Provide instructions on budgeting process and cycles to Commercial Team
- Responsible for overall planning of NGS to GM and input into TM1.
- Support calculation of impact of price increases on Gross Margin.
- Support business on budget preparation and manage important budgeting schedules ensuring all input will be submitted OTIF.
- Sales & margin driver planning, review, and comment on variances.
