1. Performance Management
- Drive MU and COE supply chain performance through key KPIs (SL, DIH, Waste, FCA).
- Ensure achievement of defined Service Levels and support global/regional IIM and bottleneck management processes
- Optimize inventory management to reduce excess/risk stock while avoiding shortages.
- Provide early warnings on deviations and aligned action taking.
- Set, align, and cascade objectives across MUs, COEs, PCs, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.
2. Demand & Supply Planning Excellence
- Identify and implement best practices for Demand (STD, Promo, IIM, Demand Sensing) and Supply (CRP, NDF sourcing) across MUs, PCs and COEs.
- Build and strengthen planning capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
- Perform planning health checks, define improvement actions and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Further develop regional maturity models and assessment tools in alignment with Global SC standards, ensuring consistent planning excellence across Markets.
3. COPE (OMP Implementation)
- Support MUs/COEs during COPE P&C implementation, during OMP rollout and post‑go‑live phases.
- Ensure and continue leading the regional Run & Perform phase after go-live.
- Act as the key regional contact between local and global entities as well as technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and long‑term adoption.
4 Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop reports to track KPIs and supply chain performance.
- Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
