Support the eCommerce Content team in the planning and execution of content-related projects
Assist with the rollout and adoption of new content syndication tools, ensuring smooth operational integration
Provide strong day-to-day project management and operational support for content operations, including coordination, tracking, and documentation
Ensure structured collaboration across stakeholders and teams involved in content management
Maintain transparency on project status, dependencies, and next steps
Support efficient day-to-day execution during a phase of operational and digital transformation

Your Profile

You are available immediately
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, for example in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data or a related field
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Interest in digital tools, process improvement, project coordination, and online commerce operations
Comfortable working in a structured and organized way across multiple deadlines, topics, and parallel workstreams
Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, or similar platforms is an advantage
Able to document activities, track progress, and follow up on actions in a reliable and consistent manner
Clear and structured communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
First experience in project coordination, operational support, digital initiatives, or tool-related implementation work is a plus
Interest in content management systems, product information systems, or broader digital transformation topics is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
