Your tasks:
- Steer RGM levers with focus on pricing & promo
- Analyse market and competitor data, as well as internal performance insights, share these insights with the sales team and relevant stakeholders. Challenge status quo
- Work on data-driven projects, including forecasts, profitability, assortment, and promo planning
- Support ROI & Revenue Growth topics alongside the KAM
- Define promo strategy by category & sales channels
- Drive promo effectiveness: regular promo pre-evaluation, post-evaluation of key promotion per customers. Identify optimization opportunities
- Work closely with Sales & Shopper team to develop long term promo & pricing strategy
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and prioritize business growth opportunities and develop integrated business plans
- Help execute joint business activities with major customers (e.g. promotions, listings)
- Drives effectiveness of special packs (Xmas sets, duo packs, pre-packed displays, SRP)
- Collaborate across departments – Customer Service, Finance, Marketing
