Your Tasks

• Coordinar el forecast mensual de stock con el equipo de Supply y asegurar el cumplimiento de órdenes de compra (POs) en tiempo y forma (OTIF).
• Validar con eKAMs y Demand Planners la factibilidad de los planes de suministro de mediano y largo plazo, participando además en la planificación y ejecución de innovaciones.
• Optimizar la cadena de suministro mediante análisis de datos, revisión del panorama competitivo, feedback del cliente y web analytics.
• Asegurar niveles óptimos de inventario (BDF / distribuidores / clientes), disponibilidad de VAS y combos, y gestionar riesgos de out-of-stock u obsolescencia.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para lanzamientos E‑commerce y participar en el proceso mensual S&OP.
• Apoyar al eKAM en forecast y entregas, monitorear PPM y Max the Mix, y proveer herramientas de negociación mediante seguimiento de KPIs clave.
  
  

Your Profile

• Experiencia en el área comercial, eCommerce operations, demand planning, supply chain o funciones similares (deseable entorno FMCG).
• Conocimiento en gestión de inventarios, forecast accuracy, procesos S&OP y PO fulfillment.
• Habilidad analítica para evaluar PPM, portafolio, tendencias y performance (Max the Mix).
• Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples equipos: eKAMs, Supply, Customer Service, Comercial Externo.
• Manejo sólido de datos y KPIs para identificar riesgos de inventario y oportunidades de mejora.
• Habilidades: Proactividad, organización, capacidad de resolución y orientación a eficiencia operativa.
