- Support of HR Business Partners in operational and conceptual day-to-day activities (e.g. support of annual HR processes, implementation of individual HR initiatives, and contribution to the design of development programs)
- Analysis, design, and implementation of various workshops, HR projects, and processes, including Talent Management, People Development and Employee Engagement
- Collaboration with our global expert teams, including the Centers of Excellence "People & Culture & Rewards" and "HR Digital & Analytics"
- Support of communication and change management initiatives to foster effective organizational transformation.
- Enrolled studies in Business Administration, Sociology or Psychology, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Continuous enrollment as a student throughout the entire working student employment
- Initial experience in the HR field, ideally gained in a large international company (e.g. through internships, vocational training or student jobs)
- Strong presentation and communication skills combined with an analytical mindset
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- Affinity for digital communication and collaboration tools
- Enjoyment of working with people and a high level of interpersonal competence
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
