As part of the Supply Chain team, the role of VAS Planner (Value Added Services Planner) aims to collaboratively manage demand, production and replenishment processes with local logistic team, local suppliers and Beiersdorf, ensuring proper product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and service level targets.

- Responsible for VAS Planning (VAS: Value Added Services): Considering demand input, the local production plan must be developed with external suppliers ensuring the needed product availability in time and quantity.
- Defines and executes purchases for the VAS Plan (batches). Fluent communication with the purchasing team, suppliers and Logistics.
- Coordinates dispatch and receiving with Logistics (for packaging materials and products). Manages systemic movements in SAP and schedule coordination with the logistics operator.
- Responsible of planning team in seasonal packs process.
- Responsible for SAP management related to VAS: master data, nart activation, purchase order creation, input consumption and losses, inbound delivery management and subcontractor inventory control.
- Responsible for company inventory control reviewing out-of-stocks and excess stock. Manages short-expiration products and obsolete items.
- MOR Project leader, for recovering product losses through packaging development.
- Provide visibility to the company regarding risks of OOS and obsolete products. Responsible for the Visibility Report.
- Responsible for IIM (Integrated Innovation Management). Prepare monthly meetings by Category and BPU to review the status of future launches with all involved areas.
- Raise alerts and report monthly logistics changes to the sales team.
- Create and maintain processes manuals.
- Ingeniero Industrial, Comercial o ramas relacionadas.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia.
- Dominio Intermedio de inglés.
- Dominio Avanzado Excel y Herramientas Utilitarias de Office 365.
- Dominio Básico de SAP.
