Your Tasks
1. Global Campaign Development & Execution
- Create global 360° communication campaigns in close collaboration with Brand Managers and under the lead of the Global Marketing Director
- Develop big ideas, media audiences, messaging frameworks and creative briefs
- Steer international campaign productions and asset development
- Ensure precision marketing principles across full consumer funnel
- Deliver best-in-class campaign toolkits OTIF
- Review and approve local campaign deviation requests
2. Always-On Content Leadership
- Define global always-on content strategy across channels
- Develop and implement the always on content for all our digital touchpoints for launch, relaunch and life cycle management projects. This in close collaboration with the brand and global digital teams:
- Website: Update and/or create the content with Product Detail Pages (PDP), Landing Pages (LP) as well as Article Detail Pages (ADP) for existing products and new innovations. Ensure to integrate UGC and video content.
- Social: Develop and implement comprehensive always-on-content
- CRM: Provide content for CRM communication upon need base
- Ecom Sales Visuals: Steer the creation of sales visuals
- Identify white spots and opportunities across touchpoints
- Define KPIs and track content performance
3. Brand Identity & Governance
- Develop, protect and evolve Aquaphor’s visual and verbal identity
- Ensure global consistency across countries and touchpoints while allowing local flexibility
- Coordinate and maintain the DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) platforms to ensure a seamless availability and consistency across internal tools and external digital touchpoints.
- Ensure buy-out contracts for talents are set-up on time and in full using the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Managements) system
- Implement quality control processes with agencies
4. Performance & Insights Integration
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and derive actionable learnings
- Analyze and build know how on competition activation, & contents as well as latest communication trends to derive strategic and tactical guidance for optimized communication execution
- Translate performance data into improvement initiatives
5. Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Brief and manage creative lead agency in operational day-to-day business with lead agency
- Partner with Digital, Media and CMI teams
- Monitor and steer campaign Marketing budget
