We are looking for a motivated intern (all genders) to support our Leadership Development & Engagement team. In this role, you will help design, deliver, and continuously improve global leadership and culture initiatives.

• Support the preparation and delivery of leadership programmes, workshops, and events
• Assist with content creation for presentations, communications, and learning materials
• Help analyse feedback, survey data, and insights to improve leadership initiatives
• Support project coordination and stakeholder communication across global teams
• Contribute ideas and fresh perspectives to leadership and culture topics

• Student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in psychology, business, HR, or a related field
• The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Confident with PowerPoint and basic data analysis (e.g. Excel)
• Curious about leadership, culture, and organisational development
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
