Your Tasks Active participation in knowledge transfer and implementation of the process at Customer Care side, Following re-launch plan and customer’s portfolio, Tracking stocks and defining EAN exchange order, Issuing documentation, samples, other materials necessary for implementing EAN change on Customer’s side and sharing it with Customers, Developing tools for efficient management of the process, Monitoring if Customers exchanged MD on their side, escalation if needed, Addressing need of portfolio review of Customer’s side to SC CM (if 2 people – included to the scope), Finding and implementing synergies and optimizations in the process
Your Profile University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Supply Chain, Master Data, or Product Portfolio Management Solid understanding of product lifecycle management (relaunches, portfolio changes, exits, launches) Proven ability to develop simple tools (e.g. Excel-based trackers, dashboards, process documentation) Experience in process implementation and knowledge transfer Strong analytical skills to monitor execution, identify gaps, and escalate issues proactively Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including external Customers Confident in escalation handling while maintaining a customer-oriented mindset Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach Very good English (spoken and written); additional European language is a plus Willingness to take over additional processes in the future (e.g. exits, limited editions, launches) Comfortable working in a process-driven, international environment
