You will join our Transport Control Center department and provide operational support to the Team responsible for customs handling at our European Beiersdorf locations.

Your tasks might include:

• Coordinating processes between your team, warehouse and carrier to ensure that loading and delivery is on time.
• Preparing and verifying transport documents.
• Creating and updating reports and analyses.

• Student in their third year or above, preferably studying logistics or a related field
• Very good command of the English language is a must
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Good communication skills
• Availability between 30 and 40 hours per week
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
• First experiences in logistics or customer collaboration are a plus
