Your Tasks

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts for the Eucerin brand (pharmacy chains, distributors, individual pharmacies) in an omnichannel model covering both brick-and-mortar pharmacies and e-commerce.
  • Developing and implementing customer strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Leading annual negotiations with key clients.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the pharmaceutical market to identify new sales opportunities and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Medical teams to build the brand’s expert positioning and align action plans.
  • Representing the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry meetings.
  • Cooperating with the field sales team and cross-functional departments (Finance, Logistics).

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry; experience working with pharmacy chains is a strong asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector will be an additional advantage.
  • Good command of English (mandatory).
  • Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
