Main Accountabilities Monitor product in-market performance, responsible for sales tracking. In charge of new product development & launch campaign, lead sub projects and independently communicate with relevant internal departments. Lead evectional projects; cooperate with creative agencies, media agencies, etc. Able to analyze and interpret research data/report (i.e Kantar, Nielsen) to understand consumer insights and apply key learning.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above (business related major preferred). English proficiency. At least 3 years of marketing experiences in FMCG/ Beauty industry (cosmetic related preferred). Good ownership/ good learning agility/ adaptability/ a good team player with flexibility. Multi-tasking and project/timeline management, incl. launch and relaunch projects. Stable and down-to-earth personality.
