• Set Commercial Excellence Direction & Integration
  Define the overall Commercial Excellence ambition, priorities, and success metrics, integrating RGM, Category Management, and POS/Activation into one aligned value creation agenda linked to ABP goals.
  
  
• Own End-to-End Value Creation
  Ensure delivery of sustainable revenue and margin growth by steering pricing, promotions, assortment, in-store execution, and commercial standards, with clear impact tracking and course correction where needed.
  
  
• Ensure Governance & Decision Quality
  Establish common frameworks, standards, and governance across Commercial Excellence to enable fact-based decisions, consistent execution, and clear performance management.
  
  
• Lead Cross-Functional & Customer Alignment
  Act as senior partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial priorities, strengthen customer and category partnerships, and ensure high-quality, insight-led customer propositions.
  
  
• Steer Commercial Execution Standards
  Define and govern “what good looks like” across commercial planning and in-store execution, ensuring consistent application across channels and customers and embedding continuous improvement.
  
  
• Leadership & Capability Building
  Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence team, strengthening capabilities, ways of working, and a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
  
  
  

• 10+ years of commercial experience in FMCG across sales environments
• Strong people leadership and team-building capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Growth mindset with curiosity, learning agility, and a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong analytical capability — able to translate data into insights and actionable commercial recommendations
• Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
  
  

The role can be based in Bucharest (Romania) or Sofia (Bulgaria)
