As a Senior Key Account Manager for NIVEA, you will be responsible for managing key customers in close cooperation with the Head of Sales. Together with retail partners, you will ensure optimal in-store execution of our products, unlocking growth opportunities for both Beiersdorf and the customer.
You will:
- Collaborate closely within a multifunctional sales team and with cross-functional stakeholders (SCM, Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain)
- Independently build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers
- Develop and implement national customer strategies, as well as tailored initiatives to drive business growth
- Deliver revenue, market share, and profitability targets with a strong focus on sales maximization
- Drive key business levers such as distribution, listings, promotional activities, and secondary placements
- Execute national and customer-specific marketing activities across both online and offline channels
- Prepare and lead customer meetings, including annual negotiations, together with the Customer Director
- Participate in and manage strategic sales projects within cross-functional teams
