Working in close collaboration with the Key Account Managers, you will play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with customers and supporting business growth across both Cosmetics and Healthcare categories .
You will contribute to delivering sustainable sales performance by ensuring smooth execution of commercial plans and excellent coordination between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Support the development of strong, long-term relationships with key customers
- Contribute to a consistent and collaborative business partnership approach
- Assist in preparing and executing action plans to achieve commercial targets
Promotions & Commercial Execution
- Ensure accurate follow-up of promotional plans agreed with customers
- Coordinate and share all relevant information internally and externally in a timely manner
- Help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities
Assortment Management
- Support the implementation of agreed assortments
- Coordinate product launches and relaunches with customers
- Ensure all required information is delivered on time for a successful go-to-market
Field Sales Support
- Provide clear and timely information to the field team (promotions, assortment updates, etc.)
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure alignment and support execution in-store
- Maintain and follow up on tools used by the field force (including coordination with support teams where needed)
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution:
- Marketing (product launches, materials, samples)
- Trade Marketing (promotional assets and displays)
- Customer Management (product data, GDSN publications)
