Your Tasks Develop and execute customer-specific promotional plans aligned with overall commercial strategy, objectives, and trade guidelines Lead customer promotion planning, including budgeting, trade terms definition, and optimization of trade investment to maximize growth Build and manage accurate annual sales forecasts, translating commercial plans into actionable projections Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships Oversee trade spend, receivables, and account-related financials, ensuring proper administration and compliance Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure sustainable and profitable agreements Resolve ad-hoc business and account issues in a timely and effective manner Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders Demonstrate leadership by influencing, motivating, and guiding cross-functional teams (Customer Cell) to achieve business goals
Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field +3 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Trade/Shopper Marketing roles Proven experience managing Key Accounts within FMCG companies Strong experience in trade investment management and promotional planning Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written) Strong financial and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership
