Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute customer-specific promotional plans aligned with overall commercial strategy, objectives, and trade guidelines
  • Lead customer promotion planning, including budgeting, trade terms definition, and optimization of trade investment to maximize growth
  • Build and manage accurate annual sales forecasts, translating commercial plans into actionable projections
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships
  • Oversee trade spend, receivables, and account-related financials, ensuring proper administration and compliance
  • Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure sustainable and profitable agreements
  • Resolve ad-hoc business and account issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership by influencing, motivating, and guiding cross-functional teams (Customer Cell) to achieve business goals

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • +3 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Trade/Shopper Marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing Key Accounts within FMCG companies
  • Strong experience in trade investment management and promotional planning
  • Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership
