Your Tasks

Ensure the reliability, availability, and proper operation of manufacturing equipment by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing operational continuity under Beiersdorf’s safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of machinery and production systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
  • Conduct technical inspections and root cause analysis to prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and P&ID diagrams.
  • Use measurement and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, vibration analyzers, pressure gauges, and verniers.
  • Maintain motors, gear reducers, valves, pumps, steam systems, and process equipment.
  • Perform work at heights and in confined spaces following safety protocols.
  • Record work orders and maintenance activities in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and GMP standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, TPM, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

Your Profile

  • Technical degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Basic to intermediate SAP PM knowledge.
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, pumps, motors, valves, and steam systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety procedures, LOTO, and high-risk work protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

  • MTTR / MTBF performance.
  • Safety and quality compliance.
