Your Tasks

  • Supporting blue-collar employees at the plant in using PeopleConnect, explain its functions in an easy-to-understand way, and help them submit HR requests independently
  • Providing operational support in the use of PeopleConnect and assist employees in their daily work with questions or uncertainties.
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering training sessions as well as supporting communication formats (e.g. short trainings, on-the-job support) to ensure successful adoption of PeopleConnect.
  • Collaborate closely with local HR teams at the plants and with People Services Germany to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Proactively track challenges employees experience when using PeopleConnect and provide targeted support in finding solutions.
  • Identifying recurring questions or issues, especially during the hypercare phase and feed them back for continuous improvement of HR services
  • Flexibly adapt change and communication measures, derive targeted adjustments and ensure effective support for employees throughout the change process

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Sociology or Psychology, preferable with a focus on Human Resources, Change Management, Organizational Development or Communication
  • Continous enrollment as a student throughout the entire intership or in a Gap Year
  • Interested in change processes and good understanding of how change can be effectively supported and employees successfully engaged (adoption enablement)
  • You work closely with the shopfloor, enjoy direct interaction with blue-collar employees and present yourself in an open, empathetic and service-oriented manner.
  • Clear and effective communication, even when explaining complex topics and can tailor content to different target audience
  • Hands-on mentality, reliable and willing to support operationally, whether in training sessions, on-site at the plant or in day-to-day business
  • Structured and independent way of working, while also being a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Very good German and English language skills

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
