Your Tasks
- Monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Maintain abreast of international legislation, guidelines and customer practices
- Provide technical review and approval of data (ie. artworks, product communication validation)
- Maintain regulatory documentation database
- Monitor market withdrawal of ingredients and follow companies guidelines locally
- Support the Technical Director on cooperating with local authorities or organizations
- To be the link providing required documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Support on adverse reaction handling, ie. cosmetovigilance and pharmacovigilance processes
- Processing quality complaints
- Provide and support close communication with international Safety and RAO teams
- Assist on revision and update of the pharmacovigilance manual, technical agreement, and other relevant documents
- Support the training of employees on RAO/Quality/Safety topics
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field (preference: Pharmacy)
- Experience in a similar role
- English language (fluent in writing and speaking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Team work oriented
