Detailing & Medical Practice Engagement (≈ 80%):
- Deliver product education to dermatologists via informative dialogue, highlighting Eucerin’s monotherapy and adjunct-therapy applications.
- Maintain deep product- and disease-state knowledge to build doctor confidence in recommendations.
- Distribute point-of-sale (POS) materials, samples and other marketing collateral.
- Negotiate retail placement of Eucerin in doctors’ offices; set up branded display cabinets and facilitate ordering processes.
- Drive visibility, awareness and sales of the Eucerin brand within medical practices.
Pharmacy & Front-Shop Training (≈ 20%):
- Provide ongoing training to pharmacy front-shop staff, pharmacists and beauty advisors to generate Eucerin recommendations.
- Conduct group training sessions as scheduled by the head office.
Events, Congresses & CME Activities:
- Represent the company at relevant medical congresses.
- Organise regional events and continuing medical education (CME) initiatives to strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and promote brand advocacy.
Planning & Territory Management:
- Plan and execute call-and-route activities across the assigned territory for optimal time and cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update a database of targeted clients, including newly opened dermatology clinics.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual Team Voice audit conducted by BDF.
- Respond to customer (doctor) queries, both internal and external, related to assigned accounts.
- Attend internal meetings and collaborate with other BDF functions as needed.
- Update and analyse the doctors’ database regularly.
- Where relevant, introduce Product Information (PI) documents to customers to facilitate timely and accepted pricing.
- Ensure electronic or paper filing of all account-related information on the BDF shared drive; maintain files in an up-to-date conidtion.
