Your Tasks

  • Support monthly payroll with Iberia Payroll and Employee Enquiries Team Lead
  • Collect and verify payroll data (absences, compensation, hires, terminations)
  • Assist in employee lifecycle administrative tasks
  • Manage benefits like health insurance and pension plans
  • Support basic Social Security and tax processes
  • Help employees with benefits and compensation questions
  • Collaborate with recruitment to maintain accurate employee data
  • Participate in HR projects and tasks

Your Profile

  • Master's degree (preferably in Labor Relations, HR, Economics or Administration)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in HR department
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High attention to detail and precision in operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (excel skills), as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Good to have: knowledge of payroll rules and tax regulations in Spain
