Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar roles within the factory (from early career professionals to senior and management positions)
  • Apply competency-based interviewing techniques and aptitude diagnostics to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategiesProactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including active sourcing and talent pipelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness

Learning & Training (20%)

  • Analyze, clarify and match learning needs from local organizations across Europe with appropriate learning and training solutions
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to employees on available learning and training opportunities and skill enhancement pathways
  • Select and coordinate training programs and learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Pre-select external training providers and collaborate with the Learning & Training Manager and Procurement to optimize terms and conditions
  • Manage training logistics and administration, ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement of learning offerings

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within an international environment
  • Experience in Learning & Training / L&D is a strong advantage
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong passion for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent, including active sourcing expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in HR technologies and digital TA tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work on-site at the factory in Argentona at least 3 days per week
