Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company KPIs.
  • Apply e-commerce best practices across content, traffic, conversion, and average order value, while leveraging core sales disciplines such as forecasting, promotions, analytics, and customer investment management.
  • Lead the S&OP process in close collaboration with supply chain teams to ensure excellent customer service levels.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, operations, and distributor relationships to drive business growth.
  • Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPI achievement.
  • Deliver e-commerce net sales, market share, and penetration goals by establishing and optimizing e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing and potential business partners.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Maximize ROI by evaluating incremental sales and trade investments on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to accelerate growth.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Manage trade budgets and lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms and agreements.

Your Profile

  • 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG.
  • Experience managing e-commerce customers, platforms, or online channels.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, including S&OP processes, planning timelines, and execution mechanics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong capability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
