Role Purpose
Ensure product quality as well as global standard requirement compliance in all ASEAN countries. Develop and deploy corresponding strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Quality Management Specifics
- Develop, implement and manage ASEAN Quality Management System & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including training conduction and implementation monitoring.
- Ensure execution of related operational activities. Continuously improve related processes and drive implementation of best practices among ASEAN
Audits
- Lead and execute audit plan to ensure Beiersdorf guidelines compliance including Quality Agreements, SOPs and follow ups
- Manage action plans implementation if required for suppliers, specifically for Values Added Services (VAS) as well as Logistic Services
Non-Conformances & Consumer Complaints Management
- Monitor Consumer Complaints data for trend analysis and alerts
- Coordinate with Production Units or 3PM to investigate root cause, and analyze CAPA
- Follow-up of action plans implementation to eliminate and/or prevent re-occurrence of complaint
On-Shelf Quality APP Tool
- Monitor evaluation of store-checks
- Engage new users on the global report tool to increase statistic database
- Decide on / ensure action plan for ASEAN specific defects
- Discuss ASEAN-specific report with local stakeholders and derive actions in case required
Advertising Items
- Lead and ensure compliance according to the Global Quality Standard
- Critical analysis of reports: make decision to either approve or reject

- Lead team and continuously improve teams’ engagement, establish identity and drive high performance. Support further capability enhancement and development of individuals.
