Assistant Global Brand Manager (1-Year Contract)

Your Tasks
- Support the Brand Manager in managing marketing tasks related to New Product Development, product launches, and re-launch projects.
- Support the Brand Manager in creating international master artworks and coordinating with agencies on packaging design and artwork development, including onsite print proofing processes such as colour and typography checks in Thailand or other countries.
- Closely coordinate with countries in the assigned region, as well as global teams, on daily requests.
- Act as the key person for creating, tracking, and maintaining SKUs/item numbers in the database.
- Attend core team meetings, take meeting minutes, provide project updates, and follow up on action items.
- Support marketing research coordination and internal product testing.
- Supervise sales samples.
- Track sales performance and market share for key regional initiatives.
- Support financial tracking.
- Act as the contact person for country data requests and data consolidation.
- Run analysis and forecasting in Excel.
Your Profile
- University degree in a related field.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A strong team player who can work well under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good computer literacy, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Service-minded with good interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, able to work with minimal supervision on systems and processes.
- Good database management skills in Excel.
