Junior Key Account Manager - Pharmacy

Your Tasks
- Support the implementation and monitoring of all agreed commercial activities with key customers to achieve sales and market share targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy chains
- Assist in the preparation and execution of customer plans and promotional activities
- Track and support the implementation of agreed activities in line with defined budgets
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular insights
- Participate in negotiations and preparation of annual agreements in collaboration with senior team members
- Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies together with the pharmacy sales team to ensure proper execution
- Support the development and implementation of POS strategies and promotional materials
- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and track defined KPIs
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and corporate guidelines
- Represent the company at relevant industry events (pharmacy meetings, congresses, etc.)
Your Profile
- University degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or related field)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in dermocosmetics, OTC, or in cooperation with pharmacy clients / pharmacy chains
- Experience working with pharmacy customers or within pharma/distribution companies is considered a strong advantage
- Good understanding of pharmacy and dermocosmetics market
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint; SAP is an advantage)
- Fluent in English
