Your Tasks
- You are responsible for managing internal contract documents between subsidiaries within the Beiersdorf Group
- In collaboration with headquarters functions and international subsidiaries, you ensure compliance with document management requirements
- You ensure a structured and transparent filing system
- You ensure the completeness of contract documents and take responsibility for obtaining necessary signatures
- You are responsible for communication around document management
- You support the updating of documents and the restructuring of filing systems
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
Your Profile
- You are an enrolled student in economics, computer science, law, or a comparable field of study
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You are open-minded and have a confident demeanor and communication skills for working in an international environment
- You have an IT affinity and good knowledge of common office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
- You work independently and are very reliable
- You have initial project management experience
- You have proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- You are available immediately
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 22,00€ per hour.Additional information
