The TCC Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing transport operations end-to-end within a global distribution network. The role ensures the timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient execution of road, sea, and air transport while maintaining clear status visibility and smooth information flow throughout the entire process.

This is an operational role that goes beyond standard transport execution. It involves actively managing exceptions, making operational decisions, and driving improvements, particularly in cost and process efficiency.

Responsibilities and main tasks

• Manage transport execution (road, sea, and air) end-to-end, from order to delivery
• Monitor transport operations and react quickly to deviations
• Resolve operational issues and make decisions in non-standard situations
• Coordinate with carriers and monitor service quality
• Ensure the accuracy of transport data and documentation
• Work closely with planning, warehouses, customer service, and suppliers
• Handle transport-related queries and escalations
• Monitor KPIs and transport costs, and initiate corrective actions
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements

Education

• University degree in logistics, economics, international business, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in transport operations (road, sea, and air)
• Experience working with KPIs, transport costs, and process optimization

Skills

• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to work with data (intermediate Excel skills or above)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple topics in parallel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Analytical mindset and understanding of supply chain processes

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transport management systems (e.g., Transporeon)
• Knowledge of customs processes
• Experience in transport cost analysis
