Your Tasks
- Ensuring optimal product inventory levels for non-European markets, taking into account export specifics and longer lead times
- Managing product availability and the flow of goods from European shipping locations to global customers
- Collaborating with suppliers, logistics, customers, and other supply chain functions to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory (including minimizing critical stock) to ensure continuity of supply
- Managing product shelf life and mitigating the risk of obsolescence within the export supply chain
- Coordinating air freight shipments to secure product availability
- Driving process improvements and managing change initiatives to support efficiency and high service quality across export markets
Your Profile
- Higher education, preferably in the economic or technical field (logistics, management and production engineering, etc.)
- Min. 2 years of experience working in the area of production or inventory planning
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI
- Knowledge of the SAP system - the APO module will be an additional advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment
- Building and developing relationships with both internal and external partners
