Your Tasks
- Finance Business Partner for the KAMs (Nivea & Eucerin)
- Evaluate and steer the financial implications of commercial decisions of responsible customers, ensuring sales related activities are executed under full consideration of the agreed financial objectives (e.g. NS, TTC, NSP, GM)
- Operational tasks – SAP TTC maintenance, Daily NS steering file, Sun Provision tracking, CoM/CoP & GM file maintenance, etc.
- Active users of the finance tools to enable local implementation of Regional/Global tools
- Business Controlling (Eucerin)
- Coordinate with CoE team to steer RO Eucerin business until EBIT, validating bookings of CoS, MB, and GE on Derma business
- Coordinate with CoE team to steer RO Eucerin business until EBIT, validating bookings of CoS, MB, and GE on Derma business
- Financial Management
- Timely completion of the assigned RCM controls
- Ensure all customer contracts are signed and stored according to the sales policy
- Consolidate, request for approval, and upload pricing into the system
Your Profile
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business/ economics or similar qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in operational business controlling and/or accounting
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Strong commercial and customer sense
- Proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills
- Solution oriented, pragmatic, but with the right attention to details
- System affine (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.)
