We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketer for the position of Group Brand Manager Poland. You will be a member of the Marketing Team, further developing and growing the NIVEA brand in line with the global & regional framework. Achieving defined KPIs, such as Net Sales, Sell-Out & Market Share, and category profitability, will be crucial elements of this role. You will be responsible for a Brand Management team of 2 people. The position reports to the Head of Marketing Poland & Baltics / EE Lead Personal Care.
Key tasks of the Group Brand Manager :
- Define the local annual business plan for the respective categories (PMCP/ABP) in line with the EUNA and global framework to deliver the best possible result of Net Sales, Sell-Out, and Value Market Share within the approved financial framework
- Closely collaborate with the local Commercial Team to coordinate and perfectly execute category growth programs in line with the EE/EUNA/Global framework while leveraging local opportunities and insights
- Steer brand performance based on external and internal data. Propose adjustments and optimize plans with agility, reacting to the changing competitive and retail landscape
- Steer umbrella and brand heritage projects, including events, to drive brand proximity with local relevance
- Own the budget (respective categories brand marketing budget, umbrella projects) and allocate investments to maximize ROI and ensure the speed of return and incrementality, respecting the local strategy and regional guidelines
- Steer the adaptation of global/regional materials (products, communication assets, processes, tools etc.) to match local needs. Bring locally relevant ideas to scale-up (local touch) and maximize local opportunities
- Align closely within Marketing functions (Media, Social Activation, and PR) for best in-class media execution & social activation, and with the Commercial Team to secure the strongest, perfectly synergized execution across all touchpoints (media, BTL, in-store & promo activities)
- Lead and develop the team & contribute to the local leadership culture. Build a strong team responsible for the respective categories by setting clear roles, priorities, and ways of working. Coach the team to strengthen category thinking, analytical capability, and consumer influence, while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support EE and EUNA teams to drive category agenda. Drive category understanding among the local Commercial and EE Marketing teams through constant analysis of the market, consumer insights & competitive trends
