• Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of sales KPIs
• Assist in the coordination and execution of product launch and relaunch projects
• Conduct pricing and promotional performance analyses to identify opportunities and market trends
• Analyze the development and performance of distribution channels across the region
• Monitor CRM tools and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Support the implementation and tracking of regional point-of-sale (POS) initiatives
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives across the Eastern European region
  
  
  

• You have completed your University studies or are in an advanced stage of your studies, with a focus on business development, Marketing or similar
• You possess some practical experience, preferably in business development or in the FMCG industry
• Enthusiasm for the skin care industry, trends, new products and consumer behaviour
• Precise and proactive way of working as well as very good analytical skills
• Initial experience with AI-powered tools and digital analytics solutions that support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of business reports
