Ready to join the dynamic world of Beiersdorf eCommerce? We are looking for a motivated candidate, with experience in optimizing the online presence, discoverability, content quality, and commercial performance of products across online retailers in Poland. This role ensures that product content is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards while driving sales performance through digital shelf excellence, search optimization, and data-driven insights.
The Digital Shelf Manager collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Customer Marketing, and external agencies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and share of digital shelf.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive product content adaptation, implementation (& creation if necessary) and optimization for Beiersdorf brands (NIVEA, Eucerin, other if needed).
• Ensure content implementation, tracking and regular updates across all eCommerce retailers, and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.) following brand guidelines and retailers’ requirements
• Coordinate product launches/relaunches & content updates across digital platforms
• Cooperate closely with brand teams and Agencies, to drive adaptation/creation of eCommerce content, including eventing (campaign/promo banners/NL/LP/other), in line with guidelines and key campaign messages
• Promotional merchandise management in accordance with company guidelines
• Develop and execute digital shelf strategies to maximize product visibility and conversion across key eCommerce retailers
• Track and analyze digital shelf performance metrics: monitor digital shelf KPIs, including content completeness, search ranking, availability, ratings and reviews, and share of shelf. Identify the pain points, and provide support to drive actions through digital shelf tracking tools (Profitero/other). Generate regular performance dashboards and actionable insights
• Monitor competitive activity, assortment, and content quality

What it takes to join us?

• Completed University studies and minimum 2 years’ work experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or digital shelf management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with digital shelf analytics tools such as Profitero, Salsify
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrates team spirit and willingness to tackle challenges
