The Senior eS&CM Manager translates business priorities into platform, shopper, and commercial strategies driving profitable growth. The role manages eShopper & category management, eRGM, pricing, promotions, campaign planning, and demand forecasting for BAU, mega campaigns, and NPD launches. It converts market share, competitive, and platform data into strategies to boost NS, GMV, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• eCommerce Growth Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute eCommerce growth strategy aligned with business goals and category priorities.
  • Define annual roadmap, KPIs, and investments to drive profitable online sales.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning with key customers and platform partners.
  • Identify trends, threats, shopper behaviors, and innovations to grow business.
  • Build plans for traffic, conversion, basket size, and customer acquisition.
  • Promote data-driven culture and continuous improvement in Digital Commerce.
• eShopper & Category Management
  • Lead eShopper & Category Management across eCommerce channels and eRGM rollout in Thailand.
  • Develop category growth strategies with eRetailers and commercial teams.
  • Drive visibility, assortment, portfolio strategy, promotion planning, and conversion.
  • Ensure execution excellence in ongoing activities, campaigns, and seasonal activations.
  • Analyze category performance, market trends, competitors, and shopper behavior.
  • Partner with platform teams to maximize category opportunities and growth.
• Campaign & Commercial Activation
  • Develop shopper strategy by platform and yearly promotion & GWP calendar for BPUs.
  • Oversee calendar execution aligned with brand activation; ensure full-funnel digital activation.
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy across platforms; ensure tracking and offline alignment.
  • Optimize investment across trade, media, and promotions.
• Demand forecasting & planning
  • Lead demand planning to ensure stock during campaigns, sales, and peaks.
  • Own eCommerce S&OP aligning forecasts, inventory, promotions, and supply with stakeholders.
  • Develop agile forecasting and scenario planning to manage demand volatility and market changes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Category teams for actionable demand plans.
  • Lead demand planning for NPDs to ensure successful launches.
• Market share growth agenda
  • Lead market share growth by analyzing trends, competitive dynamics, and platform data.
  • Deep-dive into platform, category, and SKU performance to identify drivers.
  • Promote online data adoption organization-wide.
  • Translate data into insights for assortment, pricing, promotions, media, and activation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and eKAMs to implement plans accelerating NS, GMV, and market share.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, and Regional Digital Commerce teams.
  • Ensure strong alignment and execution of eCommerce priorities.
• People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop one direct report.
  • Set clear performance objectives and development plans.
