Your Tasks
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive performance management and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Lead and coordinate Supply Chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting of Supply Chain P&L accounts, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, risk controls, and compliance within Supply Chain Controlling operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for Supply Chain Controlling topics and contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Financial Advisory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills, with a proactive and agile mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong systems and reporting expertise, including SAP (FI/CO/MM/BI), advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
