Senior NIP/IDP Manager

Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the NIP, 3PM NIP, IDP and DIP/PIPO planning teams to drive high performance, capability building and succession planning.
- Ensure product availability and achieve service level targets through effective inventory, deployment and supply planning.
- Optimize inventory across hubs and markets, balancing service, working capital, stock coverage and inventory health objectives.
- Drive inventory deployment, lifecycle planning, phase-in/phase-out activities and supply continuity across the network.
- Lead supply risk identification, scenario planning and mitigation activities to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align demand, supply, inventory and financial plans through S&OP and S&OE processes.
- Champion continuous improvement, process standardization, digital transformation and AI-enabled planning capabilities.
- Deliver key supply chain KPIs including Service Level, DIH, Stock Coverage, MFI, Waste Reduction and Working Capital targets.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Supply Planning
- Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, deployment planning, and S&OP processes
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with planning systems and digital tools in a complex business environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
