Role Purpose

• Ensure that the operational sourcing process is performed in an excellent way in his/her CoE region
• Ensure that template processes and OSMs are adhered to, and, and that Standard Operational Procedures are broadly available
• Act as operational coordinator and process improvement manager

Main Responsibilities

• OSM & SOP adherence monitoring and improvement
  • The job holder frequently checks the efficiency of the purchasing procedure and develops suggestions for improvement
  • Executes Contract Manager admin tasks (period mgt., pooling linking, supplier maintenance creation) and interface monitoring (IDOCs)
  • Ensures that advanced planning features are used where possible (AFOP, Contract Manager, Planning Calendars)
  • Monitors / facilitates operational excellence of MRP Planner and 3PM NIPs in his / her CoE region
• SOT / SLT Monitoring, Master data maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Owns relevant planning master data for 3PM, RM, PM (safety stocks, lead-times (GRPT, PDT), lot sizes, rounding values, MOQ)
• MRP / SAP system
  • The job holder directs the continuous improvement of the SAP planning system in terms of workflow, efficiency, and accuracy
  • This includes maintaining Key Users knowledge within the team and supporting of various projects with that expertise
  • Owns relevant planning master data for 3PM, RM, PM (safety stocks, lead-times (GRPT, PDT), lot sizes, rounding values, MOQ)
• Inventory
  • Monitoring / coordination of inventories / Owns stock balancing decisions in non-bottleneck situations within the CoE region
  • The incumbent is responsible for alert monitoring to identify short and midterm supply constraints that might arise
  • The jobholder is equally in the Lead internally to manage Bottleneck situation that arise out of lack of supply
• Medium- and long-term planning
  • The MSM is owner of the receiving calendars in OMP (governance for planning calendars)
  • Planning of tactical demands (3PM, RM, PM)
  • Contract Fulfillment Monitoring (RM) and RCCP monitoring of supplier resources
  • Harmonization of Way of Working of MRP Planner
• Triggers escalations in case needed (HQ, suppliers, PCs…)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
• 5 years (at least) experience in, Supply/Materials Planning, Procurement, Purchasing Planning, Project Management
• Proven Leadership experience
• Highly developed conceptuses and strategic as well as problem-solving skills.
• AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis, process automation, and decision support
• Collaborative working style to engage with internal and external parties.
• Previous experience in Innovation processes preferably in FMCG company
• Good English communication
