Our ambition is to help MSPs (Mobility Service Providers) and CPOs (Charge Point Operators) to monetize their service offerings in a scalable and professional way.

Therefore, we are looking for a

(Senior) Product Manager Billing & Accounting / EV Charging (m/f/d)

(unlimited) Join our team at our location in Münster – flexible working conditions available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and market requirements and translate them into product requirements and a product roadmap
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product owners, key account management, operations, and marketing to deliver a high-quality product that meet market needs.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Own the external product documentation and support the marketing team with content
• Act as a hands-on manager (m/f/d) and tackle various topics as needed until the team is fully ramped up (presales consulting, project management, etc.)

Your Qualifications:

• Proven track record in at least one of the following areas: payment, billing, rating, accounting – the more, the better and in successfully managing and launching products
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role (e.g., project & requirements management)
• Experience in the mobility / EV charging sector is a plus, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools desirable
• Fluent in English and German (C1+)
