General Responsibilities:

• Provide PC/Mac user support in person and remotely;

• Computer hardware and other device maintenance;

• Software installation

• Processing user requests in JIRA tool;

• IT asset tracking and inventory management;

• Deploy hardware to new employees and conduct technical onboarding;

• Collect hadware from leaving employees - offboarding;

• Office IT infrastructure maintenance;

• Create training materials for users regarding the provided services and available systems;

• Follow up on any customer issues that require further investigation;

• To follow other orders from the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Secondary professional or higher education in the field of Information Technology

• At least 2 years of experience in the position of IT System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator or similar;

• Excellent knowledge Windows and basic knowledge in MacOS systems, as well as knowledge in network infrastructure, excellent English language knowledge;

• Excellent communication skills, result orientated, high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking.
