The Position

The HR-IT Systems Analyst is responsible for project deliverables to the HR IT team and must possess special technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.

The HR-IT Systems Analyst is responsible for various project deliverables including analyzing, prioritizing, and governing project tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll
  • Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Responsible for ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementation projects for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll
  • Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time
  • Understand integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms
  • Experienced supporting HR in the execution of Payroll in either SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (preferred) or SAP HCM Payroll
  • Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels
  • Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills
  • Able to balance the Big Picture's view with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
