The Position

  • Coordinates & support executions of the SKU lifecycle from launch, change to withdrawal via the corresponding processes and systems.
  • This position covers all ASKAN countries, with specific focus on distributor markets (ie : Indonesia, Singapore, etc)


Abbreviation:

  • SCLI – System for Change and Launch Implementation (SAP System)
  • RSPP – Request to start preparing production (SAP System)
  • CRC - Change Review Committee (Product Changes affecting Regulatory Compliance)
  • CSC - Corporate Standardisation Committee (SAP system)


Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinates & executes all SLCI activities (Human Pharma)

  • Start the SLCI request in SAP system for Singapore & Indonesia
  • Start SAP request for CRC relevant changes.
  • Weekly review on SLCI/RSPP status in the tracker and highlights the delays
  • Participate in Monthly SLCI meeting to provide the updates timely
  • Regular review and act on SLCI/RSPP status in ALL ROPU countries and highlights delays


Launch (Animal Health & Human Pharma):

  • Support CSC/Launch request initiation, inform relevant parties on approval of CSC
  • Support coordination of milestones with relevant parties (ie : SKU creation)
  • Support in Launch approval check via Product Readiness (Launch platform for Animal Health)
  • Coordinate timely and review the accuracy on the launch tracker
  • Generate weekly report from Madaris (Dashboard) and coordinate the open action with countries
  • Participate in monthly PLM meeting, support in provide update timely and follow up on open action
  • Provide monthly report related to lifecycle topic


Site transfers (Animal Health & Human Pharma):

  • Maintain transfer master list and update the Regulatory input on quarterly basis
  • Support coordination of milestones with relevant parties
  • Ensure information is updated in tracker timely and accurately


Coordinate logistics withdrawal activities (Animal Health & Human Pharma):

  • Maintain and update HP withdrawal tracker accurately
  • Regularly review inventory depletion & update timeline accordingly
  • Manage local withdrawal request and updated the Terminator Team
  • Execute work step in Terminator (AH)


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent: business administration, economics or supply chain
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, supply chain and product development.
  • Strong understanding of and/or experience in end-to-end supply chain management processes
  • High process understanding of end-to-end process of logistical change management, including implementation of packaging and product changes in the supply chain
  • In-depth understanding of packaging artwork management process
  • Basic understanding of packaging process at production site(s)
  • Basic understanding of regulatory artwork management related processes and registration procedures (incl. mock-ups, readability user test)
  • Good track record of cross-functional work within supply chain or commercial functions
  • Excellent communication skills across functions and persistence
  • Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret information and reports
  • Proactive working style
  • Structured working style with attention to detail and high level of accuracy


Language skills:

  • Proficient in English
  • Good know-how in SAP
  • Excellent in excel
  • Excellent attention to details
