This will be your next career step! We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing professional for our Human Pharma (HP) business, who is talented and ambitious to take part in our mission - transform the life of patients with CardioRenalMetabolic diseases.

You will be accountable for implementation the local brand strategy , playing a key role in cross-functional alignments to drive execution within the assigned CRM Therapeutic Area (TA). This is a key position, where the ability to influence, as well as strong communication and clear vision are key to success.

As brand manager, you will implement the brand strategy and collaborate with other team members specifically Medical and Market Access colleagues to ensure that a cross-functional aligned approach is adopted through the organization and that the right activities are conducted to drive success and to achieve our goals.

This is a hybrid position based in Prague and you will report directly to the Commercial Lead.

FURTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set direction to cross-functional team (Market access, Medical, Sales)

• Create and implement the brand plan within TA, in alignment with market needs and developments, including integrated customer plans, omni-channel activities, content development, launch readiness and training

• Initiate corrective measures in case of deviation from planned sales and market share development

• Execute forecasting process, budget planning process and budget management

• Analyze relevant data to find opportunities for further brand potential, improvement, to inform decision-making, and to track the success of marketing assets, customer interaction and market dynamics

• Establish priorities across customer segments and ensure an optimal mix of customer-facing and non-customer-facing channels, including targeting, segmentation, and content integration within non-customer-facing channels

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing/Commercial role in Pharma

• Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in Pharmaceutics, Medicine / Business Administration

• Drives business success and accountability within team and possesses strong strategical and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills in Czech and English (B2) including capability to create and maintain business relations and working with key stakeholders

• Proficient at crafting a compelling tale for a variety of stakeholders on a number of themes (for example, patient-centric stories, the need for a change in treatment strategy, the use of new/different channels, the need for behavior change, the need for a change in treatment guidelines)

• Solid Medical and Scientific understanding

• Knowledge of platforms, customer insights and relevant tools, omnichannel experience, and systems

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, persuasion abilities, and a team-oriented outlook.

• Capable of transforming data into usable insights to maximize brand messaging, marketing assets, consumer engagement/satisfaction, alter strategies, and inform decision-making.

Change Management & drives transformation:

• Foster Innovation

Application of Omnichannel experience:

• Execute a sales and marketing strategy that integrates user experiences to give customers a 5 star experience

• Enlists assistance (such as from Field colleagues, CX manager, CRM and Event manager) to ensure gradual campaign learnings and improvements

• In-depth understanding of major processes used in business intelligence, including the brand planning, Customer Journeys, and Campaigns.
