The Position
We are looking for a talented Technology Coordinator Lead for IT INF Application SLC Services who can provide support to IT & Business groups across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a talented Technology Coordinator Lead for IT INF Application SLC Services who can provide support to IT & Business groups across multiple platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Provide process and technical guidance to technology coordinator analysts
- Render support to multiple projects simultaneously
- Optimization of infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and stability
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience as a technical engineer in a related industry
- Strong experience with systems & data migration activities (e.g. upgrading to newer supported versions, legacy reduction, migration)
- Solid experience on user-centric IT service management approach
- Good experience with handling infrastructure (e.g. servers, databases, systems) related services
- Experienced with managing & handling tickets in ServiceNow
- Act as a support lead to technology coordinator analysts
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
- Proven ability to work well in an agile & fast paced team approach
- Proven ability to gain knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies
- Good proficiency of ITILv4 process (certified is preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
