Amplify is a program within Global Innovation, which will bring the latest cloud technology based in Veeva Medicine suite (Clinical & Regulatory) to our Animal Health organization. With the Amplify project we take a big step forward on the journey, initiated by our digital strategy.
We are looking for an Integration lead, responsible for developing and implementing solutions that integrate the Amplify Veeva Platform applications across Animal Health IT ecosystem.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and development efforts for our systems integration projects and coordinating with other Boehringer system owners to ensure Amplify is seamless integrated in Boehringer landscape
- Work together with the project manager and third parties to manage integration architecture and specifications through the service development lifecycle
- Receive design knowledge transfer from Boehringer architects, support creation/enhancement of project deliverables as required sync with Boehringer policies and guidelines
- Occasionally deliver small enhancements and defect fixes associated with these or other integration software components, following the standard development lifecycle
- Assist and advise in the integration between Amplify-Veeva Platform and other systems part of Boehringer landscape and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver support and enhancements to meet the goals of the fulfillment team
- Understand the data models and data integration points of Amplify and collaborate with data architecture team to help design data models to ensure the coherence of the Data
- Participate in technical requirements definition and analysis efforts, providing rigorous estimates with the collaboration of SMEs
- Proven working experience in IT project management. Strong technology skills for implementing and maintaining global business critical system.
- Experience in data integration and system architecture. Leveraging innovative integration technologies and platforms such as AWS, Axway, microservices architecture & API strategy development
- Fluent in business English with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Basic understanding of compliance aspects (i.e., Data Protection regulations like GDPR in EU, Data Retention, co-determination rights, labor laws)
- Used to work successfully in multicultural and global teams
- Veeva Medicine suite knowledge is a plus
- Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Attlassian,..)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in integration projects
- Technical and functional expertise in Veeva Medicine suite knowledge is a plus
- Understand integration technologies within the Veeva eco-system and platforms
- Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels
- Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills
- Able to balance the Big Picture’s view with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
