Job Description

• • Global assistant buyer role in purchasing.
  • SAP contract management including deviation management(Prices, terms, missing contracts, Invoice deviations, etc.).
  • Supporting the strategic buyers with daily administrative tasks.
  • ECR coordination and support within and out of purchasing.
  • Supporting the strategic buyers to issue shopping cart requests and PO’s for samples/tooling.
  • Ensuring that all contracts are managed according to mitigation controls.
  • Act as SAP key user and DSP role in purchasing.
  • Manage small volume suppliers if necessary.

Qualifications

• • Personality: diligent, attentive and with high sense of responsible, open minded and high spirit of team work.
  • Working Practice: Structured working and high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years of administrative or purchasing experiences is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
