Job Description

• Senior and 3rd level support for enterprise Cisco network environment as part of the Global NOC Support Team.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining global Wireless Network Infrastructure
• Responsible for managing and maintaining global SDWAN Infrastructure and technology advancement
• Collaborate with Network Architect and L3 Support team for the design and implementation of new business requirements
• Supports 1st and 2nd level engineers for project implementation and change management
• Maintains network documentation for operational efficiency
• Performs regular network and firewall ruleset reviews to ensure compliance with the company's security standard and processes
• Reviews and maintains network assets to ensure optimal performance and availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any related course
• Deep hands-on experience with firewalls & security platform (Firepower, ASA, ACS/ISE, IPSec, VPN, ACL, NAT, etc.)
• Expertise in network routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Policy Based, Redistribution, etc.)
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols, Switch Security/NAC solutions (802.1X, RADIUS, EAP-TLS, TACACS+, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Enterprise Wireless Networking and Cisco SD-WAN Solution (Viptela/SASE)
• Experience with Cloud Networking and Integrations with AWS, Azure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server Systems, Linux, Citrix, VMware vSphere
• Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Passion for IT networking, security, and system administration challenges

• CCNP Enterprise 300-410 ENARSI, 300-425 ENWLSD / 300-430 ENWLSI, 300-440 ENCC/ 300-415 ENSDWI
• CCNP Security 300-710 SNCF, 300-715 SISE, 300-725 SWSA
• AWS/Azure Network Specialty/advanced Certifications
