Job Description

1. Steer Formulation Engineering and Testing (Incl. Dyno and Physical-chemical testing) to support business formulation strategy.
2. Leading brake pad technology R&D to support pad business market leading position.
3. Supporting cross functions for competitive products, including Benchmark, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability.
4. Manage organization competence development for future needs.
5. Manage lab resource supporting business requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering (mechanical, automotive material)
• > 5 years of experience in lab management + formulation knowledge
• Braking system products knowledge, incl. development, testing, legal requirement…
• BES-PE knowledge
• Problem-solving ability
• Coaching skills
• EHS Management​
