Job Description

• Engaging with Users on a regular basis and collect insights
• Specifying and prioritizing user and market requirements
• Facilitate relevant research studies and concept screeners
• Determines the customer and system requirements (CRS, SRS)
• Analyzing internal and external data and identify gaps and opportunities (product / business)
• Create relevant communication content for product launches (incl. go to market)
• Manage current product portfolio requirements (pricing, new products, ALR, competition, complexity, cost reduction, ...)
• Utilize UX and design thinking concepts to develop new products and services in line with overall strategic goals
• Early involvement of the Product Solution Team to have a common understanding and agreement on the target
• Translate ENG concepts into prototypes for iterative testing with Users
• Communicate product application and features know how to expertise areas in an understandable way
• Prioritize which tasks within in the projects and adhere to the processes (PIF)
• Creates sustainable value in its segment in order to achieve TNS, EBIT, quality targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering / Innovation management related major, Master is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Strong Product Marketing knowhow and skills
• Product portfolio management basics
• UX, user research and design thinking skills
• Marketing and communication competence
• Business management (economics & finance)
• Research and analysis proficiency
• Technical expertise in product development for concept and design engineering
• User centricity, understanding the user needs and translate them into user requirements, design thinker mindset
• Keen to know new technologies. Demonstrate strong curiosity and creativity
• Open for new ideas with global perspective
• Self-organization skills and self-responsible way of working
