1. 1. Quality competition, CIP and I4.0 project planning

1. Creation of BP, EVOB and CF for Pooling cost centers and support planning of others.

负责Pooling成本中心业务计划的制定，并支持其他相关成本中心。

1. Productivity improvement

1. Improve equipment utilization and IDC of production line together.
   提升生产线利用率，降低报废成本。
2. Participate daily Q-base meeting when necessary.

3. Close cooperation with function team.

4. Lead and responsible for overall planning and effective execution of TPM in production line.

1. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumable parts of production line.

2. On-call to support production if necessary.

3. Owner of Equipment 5S and safety issue.

Qualifications

University, major in mechanical or electrical.

master's degree or above

机械或电子类大学毕业。

硕士+学历

Not less than 7 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.

七年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验。

Not less than 5 years management experience.

五年以上管理经验。

Good cooperation, ability to influence and motivation.
